Civitavecchia is the city port of Rome.  A full-day tour to Rome, exploring some of the most famous sights in the world: St Peter's Church, Sistine Chapel, Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spainish Steps, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum all of which are some of the most popular tourist attractions.

 

You may prefer to take a small trip to Tivoli to roam through the ruins of Hadrian’s Villa, now considered to be the epitome in architecture of the Roman world, the complex was more an imperial garden city than a traditional villa or a visit to the Villa d'Este decorated with its five hundred fountains in a magnificent garden, this can all be arranged with the help of your driver.

Livorno is the approach to the many Tuscan towns, close by are  Pisa with its Leaning Tower and Lucca with it's cathdral, then further east we have Florence, home of  the Renaissance where you’ll find the famous cupola by Brunelleschi, Giotto's tower, Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia (David by Michelangelo) Santa Croce (Holy Cross church with the tombs of Galileo and Michelangelo etc)Ponte Vecchio bridge (lined with jewllery shops) and there are many wonderful shops to shop from, besides many leather shops which Florence is famous for.
